As a private venue, our Rock Rose location has numerous features, including three bars, full kitchen and catering services, AV system with 40 screens, photo booth, elevator, and two sets of private restrooms

THE UPSTAIRS LEVEL

As a private venue, the upstairs level has numerous features, including a large full service private bar, AV system with 19 screens, HALO photo booth, elevator,

and private restrooms

CAPACITY: 150-350

Seating: 125,  Standing: up to 350

THE MEDIA ROOM (UPSTAIRS)

As a private room, this space has numerous features, including service from our

patio bar, AV system with 8 screens, and restrooms 

- Additional areas may be reserved to 'extend' this space

CAPACITY: 30-50*

Seating: up to 40,  Standing: 50+         *Additional options available for groups of 50-150+

THE COURTYARD (DOWNSTAIRS)

As a reserved area, the courtyard has numerous features, including service from a private bar, 2 TV screens, and access to the indoor bar

- Additional areas may be reserved to 'extend' this space

CAPACITY: 40-65*

Seating: 20,  Standing: 40-65                *Additional options available for groups of 70-150+

THE SIDE PATIO (DOWNSTAIRS)

As a private area, the Side Patio has numerous features, including service from our main indoor bar, heaters or misting fans, 2 TV screens, and a fire pit

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE RENTALS? 

- YES. PRICING INFORMATION IS AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE. EACH RENTAL OPTION REQUIRES A MINIMUM SPEND (FOR A 3-HOUR EVENT)*.

- *IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A SHORTER/LONGER EVENT, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY FOR A CUSTOM QUOTE. 

- MINIMUM SPEND REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET DURING THE SPECIFIC TIME FRAME DURING WHICH THE RENTAL OCCURS. IF THE MINIMUM IS NOT MET, THE BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED AS A RENTAL FEE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE RENTAL TIME FRAME.  

ARE DECORATIONS ALLOWED?  

- SIMPLE DECORATIONS ARE ALLOWED. EXAMPLES INCLUDE BALLOONS, TABLE CENTERPIECES/SIGNAGE, AND SPECIALTY PLATES, NAPKINS, ETC.  

- LARGER AND/OR MESSY DECORATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED. EXAMPLES INCLUDE OVERSIZED ITEMS, CONFETTI, GLITTER, AND ANY/ALL HANGING DECORATIONS. 

- DECORATING/SETTING UP MAY BEGIN UP TO 1 HOUR PRIOR TO EVENT'S STARTING TIME; DECORATIONS MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF EVENT'S ENDING TIME.
